Meta Programmes
Your Client's 'MO'
Meta Programmes are your clients' unconscious 'operating systems' that determine how they operate, that is, what they say and do. Understanding your client's Meta Programmes - their MO - is a game changer that lets you quickly identify, for example, whether they're motivated by moving Towards goals or Away From problems.
The Away From - Towards Meta Programme is just one of sixteen. Whether they notice Big Picture patterns or specific Details (Big Picture - Detail) is another.
By recognising these patterns in your client's language and behaviour, you can adapt your coaching approach to match their MO. This creates deeper rapport, more effective interventions, and helps clients achieve sustainable results rather than temporary fixes that inevitably fade.

Hey! If we haven't met before, my name is Pam.
I’ve been training Coaches in NLP for over 20 years including launching ‘NLP for Fitness Professionals’ in 2003; the first course of its type in the world. I’ve worked and spoken at conferences at home in the UK, in Australia, the US and Canada.
My greatest gift is being able to take complex NLP 'techniques' and turn them into simple processes so that you can apply them in a normal Coaching Conversation.
This means you can add a sprinkle of NLP magic to your Coaching toolkit without needing to spend days in a classroom and without breaking the bank.
