How to elicit your team's Values
A Workshop for Team Coaches, HR and L&D Directors and other Leaders who want to do the best by their teams

In this Workshop I will be teaching the same NLP Values Elicitation process that I use when I run a Happy Teams (TM) Day for businesses and organisations with a price tag of £2500 per day
I want other Coaches and Leaders to be able to replicate what I do to help the Teams they work with come together - even if they are not physically together - at what is indisputably a challenging time.
Let's take the challenge and turn it into an opportunity.

Your Take-Aways from the Workshop

you will be able to teach your Team Members how to find out - elicit - each others Values using an NLP Values Elicitation process

you will know how to establish what the Team's Values are based on those individual members' Values

you will know how to organise your Team's Values in their order of importance; the Values Hierarchy

you will know what questions to ask so that you can find out not just which Values are important to your members / Team but WHY they are important

you will be able to tell whether individual Team Member's Values were created and are maintained with an 'Away From' driver or a 'Towards' driver

you will understand why you need to establish whether individual Team Member's Values were created and are maintained with an 'Away From' driver or a 'Towards' driver

you will have a greater understanding of why 'Away From' Values might become an issue for individual Team Members

you will be able to easily identify which of your Team Members need additional support

you will be able to support those Team Members on a day to day basis at work by helping them shift their focus to what they want (Towards), while they address the changes they need to make at a deeper level through One to One Coaching

overall your Team Member's will have a greater understanding of and more respect for each other which leads to enhanced communication and increased productivity

you will be able to recognise more easily when Team Member's behave in a way that doesn't support the Team Values and respond appropriately

finally, you will be able to bin off all of those old Mission Statements based on guesswork / ASSUMED Values and start again with a Mission / Vision for the future based on your Team's REAL Values
