NLP for Coaches Masterclasses are designed to make NLP affordable and accessible for Coaches who want practical tools to help them get their clients ‘unstuck’ more quickly and easily
Each one will help you in your coaching practice by introducing you to an NLP tool which you can use with clients immediately after the class
There’s no ongoing commitment and no previous NLP knowledge or experience needed; that said, the classes serve as a useful refresher for Coaches who do, including NLP Practitioners and Master Practitioners.

it will be easier for you to identify your Client’s Beliefs, Values, Identity and Purpose

most importantly you will be able to identify your Client’s Limiting Beliefs. Once you have identified these you will be able to challenge them and help your Client create more useful Beliefs that will support them as they move forwards

using the Model as a diagnostic tool, you will be able to ‘intervene’ – whether this is by simply asking Coaching Questions or embarking on some change work using NLP – at the appropriate level: Environment, Behaviour, Capability (Skills), Beliefs and Values, Identity, Mission and Purpose

you will recognise when your Client is ‘doing’ (Behaviour) and when they are ‘being’ (Identity) as you become increasingly aware of the distinction between the two

you will be able to help your Clients step into the Identity of who they need to be – their best self / best version of themselves – so that they can get out of their own way and move forwards
