How to elicit your Client's Values

If NLP has been on your 'To Do' list for some time but you don’t have the time or ££££s to invest in Practitioner training then this could be the ideal solution for you

NLP for Coaches Workshops are designed to make NLP affordable and accessible for Coaches who want practical tools to help them get their clients ‘unstuck’ more quickly and easily

Each one will help you in your coaching practice by introducing you to an NLP tool which you can use with clients immediately after the class

There’s no ongoing commitment and no previous NLP knowledge or experience needed; that said, joining us for the Workshop would serve as a useful refresher for Coaches who do, including NLP Practitioners and Master Practitioners.

This month we're covering 'Values and Values Elicitation'

At NLP for Coaches we take Values Elicitation several steps / stages than you will have been taught during your Coach training.

Specifically, you and your Client will discover whether the energy that created and maintains the Value is Away From driven or Towards

Why does this matter?

Because being driven by and operating out of Away From Values can get to be very hard work and this tends to show up in ‘mid-life’ and other crises when your Client either says ‘enough’ or simply burns out. It shows up when Clients struggle to make the changes that they say they want.

With this awareness your Client can at least begin to shift their focus to what they want (Towards) moving forwards while they address the changes they need to make at a deeper level; such as re-writing the Limiting Decisions and Beliefs that were created at the same time as the Away From Value.

This can become a focus for your Coaching together and your Client’s life – in terms of decision making and implementing change - will become easier.

Your Take-Aways After the Workshop

you will know how to find out - elicit - what your Client's Values are
you will know how to list your Client's Values in the importance; the Values Hierarchy
you will be able to recognise more easily when your Client's behaviour is not aligned with their Values
you will know what questions to ask so that you can find out not just which Values are important to your Client but WHY they are important
you will be able to tell whether your Client's Values were created and are maintained with an 'Away From' driver or a 'Towards' drive
